Q:

I cannot access my camera in-game. How can I fix it?

A:

At home screen, Select Settings.

Scroll down through Apps and select the Sick Bricks app.

Check the option to Allow Sick Bricks to Access Camera.

Q:

What does it mean to “Beam Sick Bricks into the game”?

A:

Sick Bricks are beamed into the game by placing a Sick Bricks character on a table and using the camera on your smartphone or tablet device to beam the character. The character will be recognized by your device, and appear in the Sick Bricks game on your smartphone or tablet utilizing a new technology in the game.

Q:

What are the different types of Beaming?

A:

Lite Beaming is used to beam real world physical Sick Bricks into the game. Power Beaming is used to level up characters and Vehicle Beaming is used to beam cars, spaceships, and different playset items into the game.

I am having trouble beaming. What should I do?

A:

Click on “Help” to view the beaming tutorial video.

Q:

Why can’t I beam a totem right away? Where can I beam a totem into the game?

A:

Totem and play set packs are only available to beam into the game at certain points. Totems can be beamed into the game one time when a player is inside a hideout. In addition, they can be beamed while standing on a totem pad.

Q:

Where can I use items such as vehicles, rafts, and other larger builds?

A:

Items in play set packs such as vehicles, rafts and other larger builds can only be used in specific missions. You will need to save your neighborhood keys to open the specific hood which your build is located on.

Q:

What are some additional advantages of beaming in real world Sick Bricks?

A:

Sick Bricks can be healed any time by beaming the Sick Bricks character into the game again while you are outside a hideout. You can heal your Sick Bricks as often as you want as long as you are not in a hideout!

The only way you can beam a totem into the game is if you have real world Sick Bricks. Stack three Sick Bricks on top of each other and beam a Totem!

The ‘hoods

Q:

How do I unlock and access the other ‘hoods (levels)?

A:

A player can unlock the other ‘hoods (levels) by earning 15 stars in the game. A neighborhood key will then be granted to the player to unlock a new hood.

What function do stars have in the game?

A:

Collect stars in the game to receive a neighborhood key to unlock a new hood. You will need to collect 15 stars to earn a key.

Q:

How do I earn stars?

A:

You can earn stars by repairing buildings with the blocks you earn in the game and beaming new Sick Bricks from the real world into the game.

Q:

What are all the markers in the ‘hood map? What do they mean?

A:

All the areas with markers mean there’s something to do there! Go and explore the ‘hood!

How do I get more Sick Bricks and additional items like hats and weapons?

A:

You can purchase Sick Bricks from your local retailer and then beam the real world Sick Bricks into the game. You can also purchase Sick Bricks characters and accessories like hats in the game store.

Can I beam my vehicles into the game?

A:

Yes, you can beam your real world vehicles that you purchase from retail stores at various beam points in the game. In order to use the vehicle in the game, the player will need to locate the specific vehicle in the game, and then beam it in.

What is totem beaming?

A:

Totem beaming is when a player stacks 3 Sick Bricks characters on top of each other and beams them in the game at a totem beaming point which are located throughout each hood. A totem can also be beamed into the game every time you enter a hideout (once per hideout).

Q:

What do totems do?

A:

Totems are super powerful characters that have 3 different superpowers and cannot be harmed. They only exist for a limited time, though, and in hideouts you can only use them once. After the time expires for your totem inside a hideout you can’t use a totem again in that hideout.

Q:

How do I use my vehicles?

A:

Some vehicles are already unlocked in-game. If you find an unlocked vehicle in the game, simply jump in the vehicle! If you want to use a real world vehicle you purchased from a retail store in the Sick Bricks game, a player will need to find the vehicle on the map in the Sick Bricks game and then beam in the vehicle. Once the player finds the vehicle in the game the player will be able to use the vehicle in that ‘hood.

How do I equip items?

A:

Press the pause button and select the “Equip” button on the menu to enter the Equip screen to change items like weapons and hats.

How do I level up items?

A:

You can level up items by obtaining the same item from loot boxes inside the game. Certain items that belong to characters from a certain zone can be found only in that zone.

What is the function of hats?

A:

Hats give your Sick Bricks extra abilities as you level them up. They supply shields for your hearts, added speed, defense, and more!

Is there a maximum level for weapons/hats?

A:

Yes, you can level up weapons and hats to level 10.

Q:

Can weapons that do not belong to any character be leveled up?

A:

Yes, they will start spawning from loot chests inside a hideout once the player has purchased them.

Q:

Can items and hats for my character be beamed into the game?

A:

No, individual items cannot be beamed into game. Items that are locked to a particular character can be accessed by purchasing the character in-game, purchasing the Sick Bricks from a retail store and then beaming it into the game, or by purchasing the individual item from the in-game store.

Q:

What are combo Sick Bricks?

A:

Combo Sick Bricks are created when a player mixes the heads and bodies of Sick Bricks characters together. The result of mixing and matching your Sick Bricks is a new character known as a combo Sick Brick.

What is the function of combo Sick Bricks?

A:

Combo Sick Bricks have the combined abilities of the two Sick Bricks which are mixed together.

How many combo characters can I have at one time?

A:

10 combo characters is the maximum amount you can have at one time. All combo characters will be located in the favorites section of the Collection Book.

Q:

How do I check my super power?

A:

A player can check their super power by selecting the character on the top left corner, then select the detail button, followed by selecting the ability tab in the middle.

What is the highest level a character can reach?

A:

Characters can reach a maximum level of 10.

Q:

What are power bricks?

A:

Power bricks are used to re-build buildings in the cities.

Q:

What’s inside the buildings?

A:

A star is located inside the building which you can collect to earn keys to unlock new hoods.

Q:

How do you obtain power bricks?

A:

You can obtain power bricks inside of loot boxes in hideouts, when you beam a vehicle or create a combo brick.

Q:

Why are there different power bricks?

A:

You will need bronze, silver, and gold power bricks to build different buildings.

Currencies

Q:

What are the different types of currencies in the game? What can I purchase with the different currencies?

A:

There are 2 different types of currencies in the game: Silver coins and Gold Bricks. They are used to purchase characters, weapons, items, and vehicles in the game.

Q:

How do I obtain gold bricks?

A:

You can find them in the loot boxes in hideouts or you can purchase gold bricks by pressing the gold brick button on the top right corner and selecting an amount. Gold bricks are purchased with real money. Be sure to ask your parent for permission.

Q:

How do I earn Silver coins?

A:

Silver coins will randomly drop in the game when you destroy items and defeat enemies. You can also purchase them inside the store section with real money. Be sure to ask your parent for permission first before you buy silver coins.

Lives

Q:

How can I continue to play the Sick Bricks game after my character dies?

A:

You can select a new character to play in the Sick Bricks game after your character dies and you will be able to continue playing where you last left off. In addition, you can play with the Sick Bricks character again, which just died, after it revives.

Q:

How can I get more hearts to revive my character after it dies?

A:

You can instantly revive your character by using your gold bricks. Alternatively, you can wait for your Sick Bricks character to revive on its own.

Q:

Do I need to wait for my characters to revive before I can play with them again in the game?

A:

Yes, you need to wait for the revive timer to expire or use your gold bricks to revive your character instantly.
